| A: No, joining PCC is totally free, and when you join a site you pay the same as you would normally pay. |

| A: No, definetly not. You will never need to provide any credit card information to us, as you never pay us anything for our services. We get all our income as an affiliate of the sites we promote here. |

| A: For all the sites in our database, we are an affiliate, meaning we receive a commission for every user that joins the site via one of our affiliate links. All we are doing is using that income to share with you, by allowing you to accrus points that you can exchange for free 30 day membership of other sites. |

| A: No, when you spend your points for a free 30 day membership to a site of your choice, we simply join that site on your behalf, and we pay for the membership for you. The login will be unique to you. |

| A: The answer is probably, but first you would need to request us to add the site in question to our database. Once you have made the request, we will check the site and make sure they offer an affiliate programme, if they do we will then add the site to our database and send you a message via email and the Members Messaging System with a link to the site that will allow you to earn PCC Points when you join. |

| A: There is a simple form to complete requesting us to add the site you want to our database, provided they offer an affiliate programme we will then add the site and inform you immediately via email and Members Messaging System, and you can then redeem your points for your free 30 day access. |

| Q: Do I get points for rebills? |
| A: In many cases yes this will be automatically added to your account. This is the case for sites where you are paying via CCBill, and we should automatically be able to add your PCC Points for rebills each month. For other sites it may only be possible to earn PCC Points on the initial join, however, we do highlight this clearly in the full site list when you look at the sites in our database. |

| A: There could be a number of answers to this. First did you click on a link from this site to the website you joined? Also to be able to use the Porn Club Card site correctly you must have Javascript and Cookies enabled, however, if you do not have these enabled you should see a message in the top right corner of this screen telling you this. Also in some cases, sites will delete the cookies after a short period of time, so we always recommend you always click a link from PCC to the site you plan to join just before you join the selected website. |

| Q: Once I have joined a site how do I get my points added? |
| A: In the Members Admin there is an option to claim your points. You will need to provide information on the site you joined, price paid, a subscription ID, and we will then either be able to add your points immediately, or at times it may take a few hours before we have the information on your transaction to verify it. In this case the points are shown as pending in the Members Area, and we will inform you as soon as the points have been allocated. |
